why?
We may not like it, but our children will have an online presence. It is our responsibility to procure and protect their interests and reputation from the beginning. From the 1st moment that a baby picture is shared online.
All of the adults in a child's life are stewards, or protectors, of their online reputation; to teach our children how to be safe and protect themselves on the internet.
It is our responsibility to protect them from online predators who trick children.
The same goes for the smart phones! Be guardians! Set up the phone for the protection of your child. Show them~teach them how to respect the technology and the responsibility that it can be used in the right ways to NOT to expose themselves and others individual privacy.
